U Need — including the Uneed Partner app — is owned and operated by Dhenusya Infotech Private Limited. Dhenusya Infotech Private Limited owns and manages the U Need platform, including its mobile applications, websites, technology infrastructure, branding, and associated digital services.

Uneed Partner may facilitate onboarding, order and booking management, delivery and ride fulfilment, customer communication, and payouts for the products and services offered through the Platform.
